REIKI HEALING (Usui)

An hour long session, during which we will look at your body's balance within - the 7 Main Chakra Points and any imbalances or concerns you have with any ongoing emotional or physical issues.
I will then undertake a 'rebalance' using non invasive energy healing, acting as a conduit to help promote your bodies natural healing processes, reduce stress and any pain that you may be experiencing.
Reiki is linked to a range of health benefits, including better sleep, improved mood and the release of deep seated traumas.
